Terms of delivery
The delivery of the ordered goods is subject to availability and the possibility of reordering from our suppliers. The purchaser receives an individual confirmation by e-mail when placing the order. The customer’s order is only deemed to have been accepted with the confirmation of the shopping basket. Delivery is made on account. The buyer also has the option of paying by credit card, PayPal or SOFORT transfer. Self-collection (free of charge) from our warehouse is also possible – our opening hours are Mon-Fri 07:30 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 17:00. If the complete ordered goods are not available, we produce or order them in consultation with the buyer on request. The goods are payable within 14 days without discount.
Shipping charges
For Switzerland: 9,00 Fr. / free postage from 300,00 Fr. net order value. These prices are indicative. They can be changed at any time without prior notice. Surcharges for express deliveries are to be paid by the customer. Orders that arrive before 15:00 will be handed over to the post office on the same day.
Shipping charges abroad
Goods to other European countries will be shipped on request and the shipping costs will be calculated according to expenditure. The guidelines of the EU apply.
