Right of withdrawal
The buyer may withdraw from the ordered products without stating reasons within eight days of receipt and return the original packaged and unused goods to the delivery address stated in writing. After expiry of the withdrawal period, the purchase contract is legally binding.

• Condition of the goods: original packaging and unused
• Return shipment to the delivery address stated in writing
• After expiry of the period, the purchase contract is binding

Distinction
Right of withdrawal and return of goods
The right of withdrawal pursuant to point 8 of the Terms and Conditions is to be distinguished from the right of return pursuant to point 9 of the General Terms and Conditions. For returns after expiry of the withdrawal period, only the provisions on the return of goods apply.
