Stone Impregnation
Deep-acting impregnation for natural and artificial stone – provides long-lasting protection against water, oil, grease, and dirt without affecting the stone’s breathability or appearance.
Stone surfaces indoors and outdoors are exposed daily to heavy stress. Water, oil, grease, and dirt penetrate the pores and cause stains, discoloration, or long-term damage. Benke Stone Impregnation reliably protects absorbent stone surfaces against exactly these influences.
The impregnation penetrates deep into the stone and forms an invisible protective barrier without sealing the pores. This preserves the natural vapour diffusion – the stone can continue to “breathe” while the penetration of liquids is significantly reduced.
Thanks to its water-, oil-, and dirt-repellent properties, surfaces become much easier to maintain. Dirt remains on the surface and can be removed more easily. At the same time, reduced moisture absorption minimises the formation of moss, algae, and efflorescence.
The stone impregnation is suitable for both new and older surfaces and can be used indoors as well as outdoors – for example in kitchens, bathrooms, terraces, entrance areas, garden paths, or façades.

Not suitable for polished, glazed, or non-absorbent surfaces. Always test on a sample area before use and check compatibility.
Application
Surface preparation
1. Clean the stone surface thoroughly – ideally with a suitable deep cleaner.
2. Afterwards, rinse the surface with clean water.
3. Allow the surface to dry completely before impregnation.
4. For underfloor heating systems, switch them off at least 12 hours before application.
Applying the impregnation
1. Apply the product undiluted evenly using a brush, paint roller, or mop.
2. Depending on the absorbency of the substrate, apply 1–2 coats.
3. Remove excess material or puddles immediately.
4. On highly absorbent surfaces, apply a second coat after approximately 10 minutes.
Drying and application temperature
1. Ideal application temperature: 12–25 °C.
2. Do not apply in direct sunlight or if rain is expected.
3. The treated surface can be walked on after approx. 3–4 hours.
4. Full protective effect is achieved after approx. 24 hours.
